This worked like a charm for me and I was able to login as normal into the computer. Thinking Better Safe than Sorry about this subject. Windows 7 Login Loop it apears it is not on the disk. i have tried safe mode, when using the recovery disk it couldn’t find the the userinit.exe file or wsaupdater.exe which have been suggested in previous forums. They were showing up as unknown when i did a drive scan.

A case like this could easily cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. worked for me. I fixed the log on log off loop by following this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929825 but the problem still exist when I try to boot into safe mode. It’ll go on with the repairing which is like installing new Windows.
