Machine Error 41 Mfc
If you get "unable to print" on a 420CN, 210C, 5440CN, 620CN it's the same crap again! Does someone have access to the service manuals? Also if you have an MFC you should be aware that without ink you're not even going to be able to scan images into your computer without ink in all the The wait time on the call would have been at least 15 minutes - due to the high number of calls. this content
IF THAT DOES NOT TELL YOU SOMETHING I DO NOT KNOW WHAT WILL. But I did a little research and found both parts supplier for the print head and an aftermarket ink supplier. Going to soak it as I read somewhere to do overnight in windex and water and try it tomorrow... Get the answer AnonymousSep 23, 2004, 1:07 AM Archived from groups: comp.periphs.printers (More info?)I have a 5100C, and the infamous error 41.....There was some postingslast year about how to clean the WE the customers shouldn't go through the hassle of calling up to 6 different people on your "customer service" number, because of a problem Brother didn't fix on time to sell Thanks everyone for your help. Figuring any company that's that backed up with business must have some problems.
We still have 9 months of our warranty left, that really makes me angry!I am very dissapointed of Brother! I've had 3 so far - all HPs - they were so cheap that they were 'thrown in' as free when I bought my desktops for my home office. BEWARE OF BROTHER!!!!!! http://www.fixyourownprinter.com/posts/27620 Cars...Just my two cents.
This printer just printed out less than 150 papers and I used 3 black cartridges and 2X3 color-cartridges. I work from home, so I do a lot of light printing 4-5 times a week. So let brother stick that in the pipe and smoke it. Can you recommend a method I can fix or replace the print head?Thank You - Anonymous HAVING THE SAME ISSUES, ERROR 41.
Which leads me to believe that the ink has nothing to do with it and that I was deliberately intimidated to force me to pay for Brother's ink. news A machine under warrenty and it is MY responsibility to get it in? Whatever!! by unknown on Oct 12, 2004 at 3:57pm Add comment Please sign in to comment Machine error 41 is a temperature reading failure of the printhead.
Thanks very much. - Anonymous 0 I sent the following to Brother: Dear Sir, I purchased the Brother MFC-3200c for Christmas on December 18th, 2002. they did bring the price down to accommodate customers. So I think the ink is drying inside and possibly causing the problem.
Step 2: Double-click to run SmartPCFixer.
Cleaned by taking head out and soaking in cloudy ammonia. Surely you can see the business sense in this?! She lead me top belaive that she was "making note of Earls practices for review". Brother originally told me they'd fix the problem but then I received a call saying that I had to produce a receipt showing that I had purchased the piece of [email protected]
A replacement print head is $49 + $75 for the labor not to mention the hassle of driving it there. I got this machine because I thought it would be able to handle a work load. Sorry to rant and sorry Im no help, but your not alone.P.S I have a Brother industrial sewing machine-obviously not designed by the same people, its an awesum tool!! - Anonymous check my blog film at 11.
