Confuesdamused is showing you how you can change the default sip listning port for clients from 5061 to 5060. Double checked on my trixbox for port 5060 and it is listening - published the topology successfuly - restarted the box - opened the topology builder again and downloaded the configuration I changed the Mediation pool TCP port and and matched it with PSTN gateway port.
